Kim Lavigne, propriétaire de L'Agenda Fleuriste à Maria

L’Agenda Fleuriste

Kim Lavigne | MRC Avignon

Founded in 1997, Maria-based L’Agenda Fleuriste is a flourishing business. In 2019, Kim Lavigne takes the reins of the company and becomes its new owner. She boldly took up the challenge of the buyout, preserving existing services while adding her own personal touch to L’Agenda Fleuriste.

Under her leadership, l’Agenda Fleuriste continues to offer a varied range of cut flowers throughout the year, as well as a selection of potted plants and accessories. Kim Lavigne has breathed new energy into the company while preserving its heritage, offering customers a unique floral experience.

“I heard about the Women’s Fund at a time when I was worried about the end of my year and the beginning of the next one. My son didn’t start daycare until he was two. So I had to stay home longer. I used up my QPIP entitlement and had to hire an extra employee at the store to make up for my absence. Obtaining a loan from the Fund enabled me to finish my year without financial worries and with confidence in 2024 to turn my situation around, which has indeed become more stable.”
