O’Dwyer Micro-distillerie Gaspésienne
Michael Briand | MRC Côte-de-Gaspé
Founded in 2016 in Gaspé, O’Dwyer is an artisan distillery specializing in the production of high-quality spirits, featuring local ingredients and unique expertise. Its flagship products include Radoune gin, made from wild mushrooms, PuddingStone cream whisky and Dartmouth amaretto. The company is recognized for its commitment to authenticity, innovation and the promotion of Quebec products.
O’Dwyer is in the process of expanding its production and distribution throughout Quebec and beyond. Thanks to a recently obtained loan, the company aims to increase its production capacity, expand its distribution network, and improve its visibility on the spirits market.
Michael used the financing for a major investment project:
- Expansion of production facilities
- Purchase of equipment to optimize efficiency
- Development of new products
- Expansion into new markets, notably Ontario, Manitoba and the Maritimes
- Marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness
“We’ve always believed in the importance of creating spirits that tell a story and showcase our terroir. This funding allows us to take a new step and open even more doors for O’Dwyer Distillerie, both in Quebec and elsewhere in Canada.”
