Sarcelle is a food establishment located at the Gaspé Marina. The concept is threefold: counter, provisions and restaurant. Local products and producers from the region are highlighted in their dishes.

The financing granted to Sara and William allowed these entrepreneurs, who have many years of experience in the restaurant industry, to start their own business.
